The Duluth Seaway Port Authority is submitting an application for a grant under the U.S. Department of Transportation Maritime Administration Port Infrastructure Development Program for the construction of a 99,840-square foot warehouse and acquisition of one hybrid mobile electric harbor crane, all within the Clure Public Marine Terminal. The project will also include demolition of the dilapidated grain elevators and buildings at the Duluth Lake Port facility, which will make that property available for cargo laydown use and future development.
