Notice of Meeting - June 24, 2026

The Duluth Seaway Port Authority will hold a Budget & Finance Committee Meeting at 10 a.m. and a Regular Meeting at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at the Port Authority office, 802 Garfield Avenue, Duluth, MN, and some board members may participate by telephone or interactive technology pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.015, Subd. 5 and 13D.04.

Public Notice of Non-Discrimination Rights

The U.S. Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Maritime Administration (MARAD) Office of Civil Rights (OCR) is responsible for ensuring MARAD grant recipient compliance with federal civil rights laws, regulations, and requirements, including following applicable federal guidance on Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VI) and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) requirements. All applicants must demonstrate compliance with the applicable civil rights requirements prior to execution of their grant award.

Port of Duluth-Superior COVID Response Protocol

Lead Agencies: U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, U.S. Coast Guard

The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Minneapolis-St. Paul Quarantine Station) is the lead federal public health responder for triggered responses onboard international vessels in the Port of Duluth-Superior. The Douglas County (Wisconsin) and St. Louis County (Minnesota) Departments of Health and Human Services are the lead agencies responding to potential COVID situations onboard U.S.-flagged vessels. Safely Sharing the Waterway

The Duluth-Superior Harbor, St. Louis River estuary, and the nearby north and south shores of Lake Superior support a diverse array of users. Duluth Seaway Port Authority Annual Reports

As a public agency, the Duluth Seaway Port Authority compiles annual financial and compliance reports at the end of each fiscal year (March 31). We post the most recent audited statements online for public review, and copies of archived reports may be obtained from the Port Authority.
