The Duluth Seaway Port Authority will hold a Budget & Finance Committee meeting at 9 a.m. and its Regular Board Meeting at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at the Port Authority office, 802 Garfield Avenue, Duluth, MN, and some board members may participate by telephone or other electronic means pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.021.

The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Minneapolis-St. Paul Quarantine Station) is the lead federal public health responder for triggered responses onboard international vessels in the Port of Duluth-Superior. The Douglas County (Wisconsin) and St. Louis County (Minnesota) Departments of Health and Human Services are the lead agencies responding to potential COVID situations onboard U.S.-flagged vessels.
