The Duluth Seaway Port Authority will hold a Budget & Finance Committee Meeting at 10 a.m. and a Regular Meeting at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at the Port Authority office, 802 Garfield Avenue, Duluth, MN, and some board members may participate by telephone or interactive technology pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.015, Subd. 5 and 13D.04.
