Notice of Meeting - December 18, 2024

The Duluth Seaway Port Authority will hold a Budget & Finance Committee Meeting at 9 a.m. and a Regular Meeting at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at the Port Authority office, 802 Garfield Avenue, Duluth, MN, and some board members may participate by telephone or other electronic means pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.021.

Port of Duluth-Superior COVID Response Protocol

Lead Agencies: U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, U.S. Coast Guard

The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Minneapolis-St. Paul Quarantine Station) is the lead federal public health responder for triggered responses onboard international vessels in the Port of Duluth-Superior. The Douglas County (Wisconsin) and St. Louis County (Minnesota) Departments of Health and Human Services are the lead agencies responding to potential COVID situations onboard U.S.-flagged vessels. Duluth Seaway Port Authority Annual Reports

As a public agency, the Duluth Seaway Port Authority compiles annual financial and compliance reports at the end of each fiscal year (March 31). We post the most recent audited statements online for public review, and copies of archived reports may be obtained from the Port Authority.
