The Duluth Seaway Port Authority will hold a Budget & Finance Committee Meeting at 10 a.m. and its Annual Meeting at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at the Port Authority office, 802 Garfield Avenue, Duluth, MN, and some board members may participate by telephone or interactive technology pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.015, Subd. 5 and 13D.04.
